By using pawcraft.example or any PawCraft product or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or products.

Use of Products

PawCraft products are designed for indoor household use by pets in good general health. They are not medical devices. You are responsible for safe use, including proper placement, supervision where appropriate, and following the care instructions included with your product.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Please use a strong password and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, availability, and product specifications at any time. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Intellectual Property

The PawCraft name, logo, and product designs are owned by PawCraft, Inc. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs or branding without written permission.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided "as is." We don't promise that the site, apps, or products will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
