Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated by email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship with trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order depends on your location and the products you've purchased.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Select products may also ship to Canada — availability is noted on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after the initial notification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions are available on most orders over a stated threshold — see the cart page for current offers.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@petpawarc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
