We want you and your pet to love your PetPawArc purchase. If something isn't right, our returns process is here to help.

Eligibility

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within the return window stated at checkout or in the product listing. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How To Start A Return

Email support@petpawarc.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Our team will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Return shipping terms vary by reason for return and will be confirmed in our reply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
