30-Day In-Home Trial

We want you and your pet to love your PawCraft gear. If something isn't right, most unopened and gently used items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items should be in like-new condition with original packaging and accessories. Products that show heavy use, pet damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or denied at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@pawcraft.example with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief note about why. We'll send you a return authorization and the appropriate return address.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant, contact us and we'll do our best to make it easy. For defective units, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a defect, email us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
