About Us

Designed for the bond between people and their pets

PetPawArc builds smart pet products that bring calm, confidence, and connection to the routines of modern pet families across the United States.

Our story

PetPawArc began with a simple observation: the people who love their pets the most are also the busiest. Mornings are rushed, workdays run long, and travel pulls us away. The moments that matter most — the slow walk, the clean bowl, the quiet nuzzle — keep getting squeezed.

We set out to design products that quietly close that gap. Not gadgets that demand attention, but tools that handle the small things — portioning breakfast, refreshing water, keeping watch while you're away — so the time you do share feels intentional.

Every PetPawArc product starts in our Brooklyn studio, where our team of designers, veterinarians, and pet parents prototypes alongside dogs and cats who have strong opinions. What survives that process is what reaches your home.

What we believe

Calm over noise

Products should fade into the background of your home and rise only when they matter.

Confidence through clarity

Clear data, gentle notifications, and no alarms that startle the cat at 3 a.m.

Connection, not replacement

Technology should make real moments easier, never substitute for them.

Built to last

Repairable hardware, replaceable parts, and firmware that improves over time.

What we make

Our lineup centers on the routines that happen every day: feeding, drinking, resting, exploring, and the quiet hours in between. Our flagship is the PetPawArc Smart Feeder, joined by fountains, indoor cameras, self-cleaning litter boxes, and GPS trackers — each designed to work alone, and even better together.

Every device ships with food-grade stainless steel or BPA-free components where it touches food or water. For external use only around pets. Consult a veterinarian for guidance specific to your pet's health, weight, and dietary needs.
